I suppose if you run off the people who are willing to be honest enough to admit they have problems in order to seek help and you keep people who are just like the hypocritical leadership then you might have a church that looks like it is spiritually growing. Actually it is shrinking and those who are left LOOK like they are growing because they act just alike. AA
Restore the church, change the leader.
